Proprietor John Richman has been a pioneer in the laser process and micro-machining industry from its inception, and has built laser process systems for many company's including aerospace giants like Hughes Aircraft Santa Barbara Research Center.

John Richman is one of the true laser systems specialists with 30 years experience designing, building, testing, installing, and repairing lasers systems in the aerospace industry.  His research includes; Gas, Solid State, and Excimer lasers.

With the desire to be a entrepreneur and apply laser system skills to business, John founded LaserWorks 106 and quickly developed a strong clientele of customers requiring small production runs and "one of a kind" custom parts with a quick (24 hour) turnaround.  John likes the variety of many small projects, but frequently finds himself involved in large production runs.

John Richman gives his personal attention to each project to ensure the customer receives the highest level of quality assurance and delivered as scheduled.
